UK delivery is a flat rate of £4.95 or FREE delivery over £60!

UK Highlands and Islands, Northern Island and rest of the world - Please ask for deliverypricing.

How Long does delivery take?
UK delivery is between 3-5 working days. However should you want to receive you item sooner, please ask for next day delivery, which will incur an additional charge. For all international orders they can take between 14-28 days depending on where in the world you are!
Can I collect my item in person?
Absolutely, please give us a call or email to arrange a mutually convenient time. Remember if you live locally to us, we deliver for free within a certain radius.
Can I add a message to my gift?
Certainly, majority of our products have an 'Gift Tag Message' tab, which is restricted to a certain amount of letters. Your message will then be typed up and included in your item.
My item is a gift, can you send it to a different address?
Of course! Please let us know if you will like it send to an alternative address in the note option via checkout.
How are your items packaged?
All our items are packaged with bubble wrap, sealed and boxed for delivery.
Why do most of your items have a 21 waiting time?
All our items are handmade especially you, and therefore have a longer waiting time. If you do need something urgently, please enquire, to be added to the express order list. This will however, incur an additional charge.
What is the quality of the goods used in your baby gifts?
The products we use include Huggies, Pampers and Johnson's baby products. Clothing items are all 100% soft cotton (not always possible with character clothing ranges and socks). Clothes are mostly from George, F&F, H&M, Mothercare and Marks and Spencer's. Toys are all CE marked and conform to European safety standards.
Do you offer halal sweets?
Yes! We think it's important to cater to everyone, which is why we are one of the very few companies that offer Halal sweets.
Can you customise items?
Yes! All products for sale, are able to be customised. Please email us with thoughts, ideas and budget to have a bespoke item/s.
Can I order something within a budget?
Yes, please email us your requirements and budget and I will be happy to give you a quote.
What if I incur a problem with your website/payment?
We use Paypal which is a fast and secure payment method. None of your card details are disclosed to us. You do not need to register with paypal when shopping with us.
If you are experiencing problems with Paypal checkout then please check that you are selecting the correct type of card and providing the correct billing address that your payment card is registered at. If you need to you can provide the recipients name and address in the 'instructions to seller box' or email the address to us. This maybe necessary if you are ordering from overseas and want your gift delivered within the UK.
If you are registered with paypal you will only be able to pay with the card you have registered with PayPal with. If you have
forgotten your paypal login don't worry you can just pay with out logging in or registering.
